Streetball players face challenges in finding fellow players, organizing games, accessing real-time court availability information, and connecting with the streetball community. Court Club addresses these challenges by providing a tool for players to effortlessly connect, organize games, and stay informed about the streetball scene in their local area. Use cases are on one hand to help existing groups better organise play and on the other hand providing access to new players to their local communities.

A first MVP is available in the app stores and pilot studies with local communities will be run in 2024.

In this project I am responsible for gathering requirements and insights, product design and managing the development.

The main challenge for the MVP was focussing features and functionality on the main user need to provide value while keeping development cost low. Main criteria in building the design system and layout was built to easily host future updates and growth within features.
